- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
3. Shipments, Quotes, and Payments
Quotes generated in the product may be estimates and are not binding until confirmed. You are responsible for providing accurate shipment data. Fees, surcharges, and customs charges may apply. Payment terms will be presented at checkout or as otherwise agreed.
4. Acceptable Use
- No illegal, harmful, or dangerous goods, and no use that violates laws or third-party rights.
- No interference with Service integrity or security (e.g., scraping, reverse engineering, DDoS).
- Follow carrier, customs, and regulatory rules for all shipments.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content are owned by ZipShip Logistics or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. No license is granted except as necessary to use the Service.
6. Disclaimers and Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THE ACCURACY OF ESTIMATES.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZipShip LOGISTICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
